For all members, program discounts unlock in month 3 after two consecutive active months. Membership must be active when used. All other benefits start immediately.

One discounted program in any 12 months of membership. Renewing your plan doesn’t reset that count, and a second discounted program becomes available 12 months after the first one was booked.

A non-program member may use the discount on their first program, once it has unlocked.

Your membership must be active, and your payments must be current, on the day you book the discounted program.

Months are calendar months counted from your start date. A missed or late payment doesn’t pause your plan, doesn’t move your end date, and doesn’t restart the 2-month count. The missed month is still owed — and once it’s paid, that month counts as paid.

Programs booked after you join. It never applies to a program that has already been completed.

If your membership ends or lapses before a discounted program starts, that booking returns to the standard price.

Member discounts don’t apply to Training 365 start dates in a month that has a waitlist. In a waitlist month, the limited training spots go at the standard price first.

What happens if a payment is missed?

Every benefit pauses until the plan is caught up — no support calls, no discounts, and no priority booking while a payment is owed. A missed payment doesn’t end your membership and doesn’t extend it: your term still ends on its original end date, and the missed month is still owed in full.
